The Inaugural REIF Seminar
This seminar was held in July, 2014 with the theme “Build an Entrepreneur, Build the Nation”. it was organized with the aim of enlightening the public about the key factors surrounding entrepreneurship and ways in which they could be handled. It featured participants from Government Agencies, Financial Institutions and the general public.
REIF 2nd Seminar
This seminar was held in 2015 with the theme “Beyond Oil & Gas”. it was organized with the aim of enlightening the government on the need to look for alternative source of income as Oil & Gas which are the nation’s main sources of foreign exchange were fast depleting. It featured participants from The European Union, Government Agencies, Financial Institutions and the general public. Also featured was the launching of the Forum’s business magazine “The Investors Hub”.
EU – REIF 2017 Joint Seminar
This seminar was held in 2017 in partnership with the European Union. It was organized with the aim of sensitizing the government and the business community with a view of promoting the benefits of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) proposed by the European Union to ECOWAS countries. The high point of the event was geared towards understanding the features and precise importance of the EPA to Nigeria. It featured participants from European Union Delegation to the Federal Republic of Nigeria & ECOWAS, ECOWAS representatives, Government Agencies, Financial Institutions, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and the Business Community.
